The festivities begin at 12:00 noon at the Porter’s Lake Community Centre. With participation by Al-Anon, there will be meetings and fellowship all day with a supper at 5:00 and dance starting at 8:00. To download and view the flyer and schedule click here.
This year’s Assembly includes a roundup and will be held at the Battery Hotel in St. John’s, NFLD. It will include:
- Election of Area officers for 2013-2014
- Service meetings and workshops
- Archives
- AA meetings
- Fellowship

This year’s Eastern Canada Regional Forum will be held the weekend of July 6-8, 2012 at the Holiday Inn & Suites Parkway Conference Centre in St. Catharines, Ontario (next to Niagara Falls). Representatives of the General Service Board and members of the General Service Office and Grapevine staff will be present at the Forum to share experience, respond to questions and hear suggestions.
