How to Order Literature
Groups wanting literature for sale and distribution can download the Literature Order Form (see instructions and link below) and submit it by email. Orders can also be placed by phone or email.
1. This is a Microsoft Excel file. If you do not have Microsoft Office then you can download Libre Office (former Apache Office) for free and it will also open the form. Or you can use Google Docs, also for free,
2. Click on the link below to download the Order Form. If it does not automatically download then Right click on the link and select “Save Target As…” or “Save Link As…” to download the Order Form.
3. Fill in the quantities and contact information at the bottom of the form
4. Email the completed Order Form to the Literature Chair
